Amazing German Shepherd Dog Tricks
September 4th, 2009
Kaine is trained using positive reinforcement and the clicker. I taught Kaine everything he knows on my own, from basic obedience to tricks, using these amazing methods. Kaine is the perfect example of the endless possibilites that can be achieved with the power of positive reinforcement:).
Here are some new tricks Kaine has learned. The tricks shown here are:
Bow
Catch it
Come around
Peek-a-Boo
Turn left
Be a kitty bitty (figure ![]()
Up (beg/sit pretty)
Open the fridge
Paws up
Pray
Touch (nose targeting)
Leg (cocking his left back leg)
Weave walking
Reverse (walking backwards)
Wave
Sad Puppy (puts his head down and looks sad on cue)
Stack it (stacks 2, 3 and 4 metal bowls)

What a beautiful boy you have! Its wonderful to see such a well trained and bonded GSD for once. Alot of GSD owners get them for their looks, but it seems you have him for his wonderful amount of focus. Very lovely work you’ve put into training him. Keep up the great work!
