Puppies need a lot of patience, besides you can always take him to a dog institution for that matter.

OK here are the steps…..
1.) Get puppy food and let your dog sniff it then put the dog food behind your back and say a trick. And if the puppy gets it wrong then keep on letting her sniff it till’ she gets the hang of the gang (game)
2.)And den if you want her to walk around the house make sure she is used to being arond da house.
3.)then try to train her to sit by you door or any place that leads to outside then let her out when you see her by the door.
4.) That’s basickly it.’

We sent my puppy to ‘Doggy Boot Camp’. This was my purebred, that is, like yours presumably. My mutt was much much MUCH easier to train – you just have to repeat yourself – get some doggy treats and say ‘SIT, ________(<dog’s name)’ until he does; then reward him. Do the same thing for ‘COME’ and ‘DO IT’ aka:go to the bathroom, so you don’t have to sit around waiting for him to go in the middle of the winter.
As to housetraining, if he pees, pull him over by his collar, stick his nose in the wet spot, and say ‘NO. NO. BAD BOY.’ do this every time he pees. in the house.

Usually start by keeping them in a crate at night. Put a blanket in the back half and newspapers in the front. It will go on the newspaper because they dont like to soil their living area. Take the dog outside on a leash 1st thing in the morning to the spot u want it to do its business and when it does ,praise it by saying "Good girl, do your business" Also give a small cookie if u want.
When u bring the dog back inside, put clean newspaper on the floor just outside the crate. Put the dog on it and say good girl do your business. You need to watch the dog closely for the first little while and put it on the paper at the first sign of sniffing around and say "good girl do your business on the paper" If u catch the dog a few seconds after it started or has done its business, do the same thing. If you catch the dog minutes later, DO NOT SCOLD THE DOG. If you find the dog is going in the same spot over and over again, move the paper to that spot.
If the dog does get to using the paper, gradually move it over days/weeks to the spot u want it to be, as long as the dog is still using it.
If you want to teach the dog to tell you it needs to go outside to do its business, then take it outside regularly throughout the day, and repeat the morning routine. It will eventually start to give you signs that it needs to go outside.
A puppy is not impossible, but u have to train it with firm consistency. When it does something wrong, a firm NO will do.
Give it lots of love and praise, and it will be trained through wanting to please you, not through fear. You should have done some research before you got the dog. This obviously is not the place to be asking these kinds of questions, after the fact.
NEVER TELL YOUR DOG IT IS BAD! Dogs are not bad, owners that dont know how to train them properly are

We trained our Min Pin by using the potty pads. We eventually trained him to go outside. Now he wont pee/potty inside at all, he waits for us to come home and send him outside or for a walk.
Be consistant. Walks really do help. Make a spot to whre he should go potty. When its time to go say words like go potty. After every meal you should take your animal outside and relieve himself and before bed as well.

I know how to potty train them. My dog wouldn’t use the potty pads so every time she used the bathroom we would pick her up and shove her muzzle into it (well not into, but near where she went), and showed her why she was in trouble, then not throw her outside, but put her outside, and she would go out there with her tail between her legs. Except it took her over a year to learn that, and she’s part terrier, so maybe there an impossible breed, good luck!
